4-bedroom shared house, Burton Street

Hi, my name is Visun and I am currently living in a sharehouse with three of my friends in Indooroopilly. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I can no longer live here and would love to find a student to replace me in my room and also replace my name on the lease, which is valid until the 1st of August. This opportunity is available right now and if you would like to move in just let me know! We can set it up as soon as this week! Ideally you could come and inspect the place and meet the other housemates first.

2 minute walk to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and to Indooroopilly Bus Station. 10 minute walk to Indooroopilly train station. Very short commute to UQ
Good food nearby due to the close proximity to the shopping centre

1 bathroom but separate toilet

Bills (electricity/gas and internet) are extra and will be apportioned by the other housemates
The fourth bedroom (occupied) is adjacent but still connected to the house (somewhat difficult to explain until you see it)

This is a lovely house to live in and is suitable for a young student wishing to live in a property with a nice backyard and wonderful amenities. The location and proximity to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is an extremely beneficial quality of the house. The room itself is a great living space and is very appropriate for studying full time, as well as leisure. The rent is manageable and we are eager to find someone, so please let me know immediately if you are interested! Some of the photos are a little inaccurate as they represent what the house looked like when I moved in at the end of January, but there aren't any glaring differences. There is a new dining table, coffee table, as well as outdoor setting downstairs below the fourth bedroom.

The lease (signed by the other three housemates already) ends on the 1st of August, so the minimum lease is ~3 months. However, you can move in immediately, and are encouraged to.
